First connexion: How to activate your account
SECTION 2 ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Before proceeding, make sure you are on the correct loginpage by double checking page headings.
You may log in or register to gain access to the Memberand Policyholder Corner, Producer Corner, or ProvidersCorner depending on your status as eligible user.

Your PIN number is required toregister for Online Portalaccess. If you are unable to findthe PIN we sent to you by email,please contact your regionalteam for assistance (contactdetails are available on Page3).
Enter your Last Name and First Name as it appears in your policy documents
Enter your PIN number, which was sent by email
Enter the email address you used for your policy application
Create your own unique password and confirm by re-typing it
To confirm registration, click Submit

To access the Easy Claim app
Activate your account on our Online Portal
Download the APRIL Easy Claim app on your smartphone
Launch the app and login with your email address
and the password you created on the Online Portal
You will now have access to all the functions on the app!

Important note about your email address
The email address indicated on your policy application will be your Login ID on theOnline Portal and on the Easy Claim app.
It is also your primary email address in our database. This means that we will useit to send claims settlement information which may contain information aboutyour medical history.

Submit and track your claims
SECTION 4 USE EASY CLAIM
Submitting a claim with Easy Claim couldn’t be simpler.To send a medical bill or prescription for reimbursement:
Enter the date of treatment and select the beneficiaryEnter the amount of the invoice* and the currencyTake pictures of all the documents required to complete your claimSend your claim with a simple click!
* Please refer to Page 16 for submission limits.

Submit and track your claims
SECTION 4 USE EASY CLAIM
Once your claim has been submitted, you will be able to track its status on the app.
From the homepage, simply click on the button Claims history.Your pending claims will appear in the Claim tab until they are processed.Once processed, they will appear in the Refunds tab.To read your claim details, click on the claim of your choice, then View details. Your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) will be displayed.

Your member Ecard
SECTION 4 USE EASY CLAIM
To access you card:From the homepage,click on the E-Card button. Your Member eCard will be automatically displayed.
To access your card offline : At the bottom of your Member eCard screen, click on the and save a copy of your card directly on your mobile.

You will be able to access your Dependants’Member eCards on the same page as yours.
Any questions about your policy?Having an emergency?
You will be able to find all your APRIL contacts in the Your services section below the member card(s).
Want to check what is covered by your policy?
Your Benefits Schedule is available on the samepage as your eCard. Simply click on Viewdetails to display it on your phone.

Find a medical practitioneron Easy Claim
SECTION 4 USE EASY CLAIM
From the homepage, click on the “Find a doctor” button:
Find a provider by location
Enter your search area orClick on the geolocation button
You can narrow down your search by entering the name of a medical practitioner or a specialty(general practitioner, pediatrician...)
If you tick this box, you will only seethe medical facilities where you are eligible for direct billing
Your results list
Extend your search areaScroll down to see allthe results
OR click on the Map button to see the location of the medical facilities

Request a Letter of Guaranteeon Easy Claim
SECTION 4 USE EASY CLAIM
For hospitalisations, surgeries or planned treatments, you mustfirst obtain a pre-authorisation from APRIL. You can now submityour request for treatment directly on the app.
An email will automatically besent to our team and we will callyou back to finalise yourrequest. If you are eligible fortreatment, we will issue a Letterof Guarantee directly to yourhealthcare practitioner andhandle the payment of yourmedical fees.

Our Second Medical Opinion service empowers you to make informed medical decisions for serious illnesses or injuries.

A notification will be sent to our health partner and a doctor will call you back within the next 24 hours to discuss your case in more details.

Forgotten PIN

Once the enquiry hasbeen received, amember of the APRILteam will send you anemail with a copy of yourPIN letter.
!Your PIN number was sent to you by email.You can search your inbox for your PIN by looking for an email with the subject of Activate your Online Account from [email protected] be reminded to check it in your junk/spam folder too!If you are unable to find the PIN we sent you, contact your broker or our customer service and we will send you a new one.

Yes, you may submit your claims up to the amounts mentionedbelow.For Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, you may submit your claimson Easy Claim for quicker reimbursement, however originaldocuments will be required.
? Can I delete or update my claim ifI submitted the wrong information?
Please contact your local office and provide the rightclaims information.

To be able to send a pre-approval request or use our TeleHEALTH services, you must have an email address set up bydefault on your phone.Once you have filled in all the information for your request on the app, an email will be automatically generated and sent toour team, which is why this setup is necessary.
? How do I add a default email address to my smartphone settings?
If you are using an iPhone:
1. Launch Settings from your Home screen.2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.3. Scroll down and tap Default Account.4. Tap the account you would like to use as your default mail account.
(Alternatively you can also manage your email accounts in the Password and Accounts section)
If you are using Android (The process may vary according to your phone model):
1. Tap Apps.
2. Tap Email.3. Tap the Menu icon.
4. Tap Settings.5. Tap the Menu icon.
6. Tap Set default account.7. Tap the desired account.8. Tap DONE.
