Introduction:

We are going to start Online Rental Housing Database service in Pakistan. In our business we

retain the data of those houses which are available for rent. So, customers or people can easily

search the house for rent according to their requirements. Initially we offer this service only in

Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Then after this we will expand our business and target other cities of

Pakistan.

Budgeting

Merchant Account

Our business is in Pakistan so we are using CITI BANK services in Pakistan CITI bank is a

commerce service provider (CSP). CSP is a partner company working for CITI bank. The job of

a CSP is to technically enable a company's website for doing transactions through a Citibank

payment gateway. CITI bank process settlement to merchants on a daily basis. Every merchant

will have to open an Account with Citibank. Funds will be transferred to this account but there

will be a withholding period of 15-20 days. CITI bank charges for an Internet merchant account

are as follows

- Annual fee Rs. 20,000

- Merchant discount rate:

The merchant discount will be determined on case to case basis. The minimum discount rate is

3.5%

Website e-commerce enablement fee will be paid to CSP (Commerce Service Provider) and may
