Online Transfer of PF account process flow

This document will help us to understand the process of online transfer request for PF account from one

employer to another employer. (Transfer In request).

This document is prepared considering the transfer-in request to Infosys Ltd.

To complete the online PF transfer request use following URL:

First time user has to register in the website to make any transfer request.

To register please use following link and screen:

Click on register button, then in next screen please furnish all the necessary details in the page:

Please fill all the necessary correct details with characters to be entered in the white box. Then click on

get PIN.

PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number by EPFO website, please enter 4 digit PIN which is

received on your mobile and click on I agree check box to submit the details on the website.

Once the details are submitted then the details are registered in the website and following screen will

appear. Here ends the registration part.

After successful registration the registered users can log in to the website.

User has to use any one of the ID proof in the document type option which has been used for registering

themselves at the initial level (Use drop down option)

Once the option is selected from drop down option in the document type for EX: if PAN is selected from

drop down, then document no. has to be entered by the user as shown below, (EX: PAN has to

updated):

After entering document number details user has to provide his/her mobile number in mobile number

field, as shown below:

Once all the details are entered click on sign in. This will lead to personal details of registered user,

following screen will appear:

In the above screen user has to select under claim, first click on check claim eligibility:

Please fill all the necessary details in the below screen, like previous employer details and current

employer details. Then click on the check eligibility.

Post confirmation, if user is eligible for online transfer from previous employer to current employer then

click on claim, then request for online transfer of account.

Then in the below screen fill all the mandatory details:

Please fill all the correct and necessary details in PART-A, PART-B, PART-C. Then select radio button

claim attestation through: Previous establishment or present establishment (any one option)

PART-A: Correctly enter the personal Details.

PART-B: Fill all the details of previous employer as per previous employment records.

PART-C: Present employer details are to be filled, please fill following details:

1. Select State as Karnataka-: (applicable to Infosys employees)

2. Select office as Bommasandra

3. Then PY-BOM-10088- 000- your PF account number

Then click on preview button to verify your data, 0nce the data is verified and found correct please

submit the data.

Post submission of the data in the website, the PDF will be generated.

The generated PDF has to printed, this form is called form-13.

Form-13 has to be signed and submitted to following team (without the signed hard copy of form-13 the

online request will not be approved).

Once the signed form-13 hard copy received at Retiral team, the team will verify the details of the hard

copy of form-13 and online submitted details. Post verification the request will be approved in the EPFO

website. If any discrepancy found in the data submitted by the employee the Retiral team can reject the

request in the EPFO website. Once the request is approved online by Retiral team, PF personnel from PF

office will take it further.
