A number of prize draws are inserted throughout the Conference, Monday Theme Night, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Lunches and President's Dinner.
Minimum $500.00 for each lunch, $1000.00 for each dinner.

Description
A number of refreshment stations will be situated in high traffic areas in the Exhibit Hall during Conference refreshment breaks.

EXHIBITOR PASSPORT DRAW PRIZE DONATIONS (TUESDAY LUNCH)
Description
A number of prize draws donated by Exhibitors and Sponsors are drawn during Tuesday’s lunch.
OBOA will purchase prizes for Exhibitors and Sponsors that donate cash towards prizes.
Every Delegate receives a passport. Each passport must be signed/stamped by each Exhibitor. In addition, each Companion receives a passport and must have 15 exhibitors sign/stamp their passports.
This is a very successful event.

Verbal acknowledgement at the time of the Prize Draw (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place)
Company logo or name on the Delegate Passport (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place prizes will have their logo on the Delegate Passport)

Description

Description
Your company will have the opportunity for extensive visibility by sponsoring the professional Portfolio, which is given to each Annual Conference delegate.
