The Growth Incentive Programme (hereinafter GIP) is designed to reward you for reaching new qualification levels in the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan and for growing your business with a healthy balance of width and depth.

This Programme is focused on supporting you each step of the way as you grow and reach new leadership levels, whether Gold Producer, Platinum, Founders Platinum, Emerald, Diamond or even higher.

FOUNDERS PLATINUM GROWTH PROGRAMME (FPG)

The Founders Platinum Growth Programme (hereinafter FPG) continues to focus on the principles of balance and profitability. However, this programme rewards the cre-ation of new qualified legs more directly in order to support the overall objective of the GIP programme, which is developing new Leaders.

The FPG aims to provide rewards to ALL Founders Platinums. This can be achieved by qualifying based on the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan rules, and then adding some extra volume on top. The additional volume requirement starts from as low as 1,000 Award PV.

ABOs who are not yet Founders Platinum at the start of PY 2013/14 can qualify for this programme by completing 12 months of consecutive qualifications (must be at the Platinum level) what we call a “rolling Q12 ABO”, and will start to receive FPG monthly payments for each of the following months when they reach the required Award PV.

ABOs will be paid monthly for every month they achieve the volume and leg targets in the schedule.

The maximum monthly rewards (£800/€1,000) can be achieved from this programme when reaching 2 qualified legs and 11,000 Award PV.

ABOs who are tracking for Emerald can earn the monthly maximum FPG payments, while accumulating the necessary months for Emerald qualification.

Only local legs are considered for the FPG programme.

* Maximum achievable FPG payment amount you can earn per year according to the particular qualification criteria. The maximum monthly rewards (£800/€1,000) can be achieved from this programme when achieving 2 qualified legs and 11,000 Award PV. ABOs who are tracking for Emerald can earn the monthly maximum FPG payments while accumulating the necessary months for Emerald qualification.

NEW LEADER PROGRAMME FOR NEW GOLD PRODUCER, PLATINUM, FOUNDERS PLATINUM, EMERALD, DIAMOND AND ABOVE (NLP)

This programme rewards ABOs for achie-ving new qualification levels in Performance Year 2013/14.

The purpose of the New Leader Programme (hereinafter NLP) is to encourage the achie-vement of New Leadership levels in the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

1st September 2013 – 31st August 2014

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

ABOs can earn additional NLP payments for new and comeback Gold Producer, Platinum, Founders Platinum, Emerald, Diamond and above levels in PY 2013/14.

PERSONAL ACTIVITY (PERSONAL PV-PPV) CRITERIA

• Qualifiers for the New leader Payment do not have to fulfil the Personal PV (herein-after PPV) requirement.

• ABOs who qualify for the Re-qualification Payment or Maintenance Payment must generate 600 PPV every quarter during the qualification period.

In the schedule over the page you can see NLP payments for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and beyond qualifications.

* NLP payment is paid for each new Pin level at Diamond and above (i.e. Founders Diamond, Executive Diamond, Founders Executive Diamond, Double Diamond, etc.)

New Leader Payment (1st time qualification): Paid the first time that an ABO reaches one of the Pin levels in the schedule above after NLP base year.

Re-Qualify Payment (2nd time qualification): Paid for the second time that an ABO reaches the highest qualification level (Emerald or Diamond and above) after NLP base year.

Maintain Payment (3rd and beyond time qualification): Paid for the third time and beyond that an ABO reaches Emerald or Diamond and above level.

NLP ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• European and Russian legs count. Legs outside of Europe and Russia do NOT count.

• The NLP base year for qualification is PY 2009/10.

• To earn the New Leader Payment the last qualification at Gold Producer or higher quali-fication level must have been in PY 2008/09 or earlier.

• The re-qualification payment for a certain level can be received a maximum of once du-ring the whole duration of the GIP programme.

• If an ABO earns two new qualification levels in the same PY (for example new Diamond and new Founders Diamond) then the New Leader Payment for both of these levels are paid in this year (i.e. £80,000/€100,000).

• Timing of payments: New qualification payments are made following the approval of the new qualification. Re-qualification payments are made quarterly (after February, May or August) following the approval of the re-qualification and confirmation of the achievement of the quarterly PPV. If a new qualification is achieved after the payment of re-qualificati-on then the difference will be paid following the approval of the new higher qualification.

Growing Your legs have never been more profitable!

GROW Q12 LEGS PROGRAMME

The Grow Q12 Legs Programme provides ad-ditional rewards and motivation to those who develop new Leaders in their organisation by adding Q12-legs or Founders Platinum legs using Volume Equivalency (V/E).

ABOs who build their businesses with Q12-legs can also benefit from a more sta-ble and profitable business and start earning FAA points that will help them qualify for the Core Plan FAA programme when they reach the Diamond qualification level.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

1st September 2013 – 31st August 2014

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

• Reach Emerald or higher qualification level and

• Increase the number of your Q12-legs over the base years (PY 2009/10 to PY 2012/13 ) to qualify for a £13,400/€17,000 payment for every Q12-leg growth.

Which Legs can be counted?

1. European legs count. Legs outside of Europe do NOT count.

2. If the leg has an international sponsor but the international sponsor is not a multiple business then all of the £13,400/€17,000 bonus will be paid to the foster sponsor.

3. If the leg has an international sponsor and the international sponsor is sponsor-ing his #2 business in this leg and it is a new Q12-leg for both international and foster sponsor then both the internation-al and foster sponsor share the bonus of £13,400/€17,000 (£6,700/€8,500 each).

4. If the leg has an international sponsor and the international sponsor is sponsor-ing his #2 business in this leg and the leg exists already for the foster sponsor but it will be a new Q12-leg for the internation-al sponsor then the international spon-sor receives all of the £13,400/€17,000 bonus.

EUROPEAN EMERALD & DIAMOND QUALIFICATION AND ANNUAL BONUSES

European Emerald and Diamond qualifica-tion and annual bonuses will continue to be a major part of the European Growth Incentive Programme. It encourages and rewards the hard work and determination required to build a strong and successful Amway Business across Europe.

To qualify for the European Emerald Incentive Annual Bonus, in-market Platinum status and 3 Q6* groups in Europe sponsored by this business** are required.

To qualify for the European Diamond Incentive Annual Bonus, in-market Platinum status and 6 Q6* groups in Europe spon-sored by this business*** are required.

Based on the enhancements in the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan effective from September 1, 2012, new Emeralds and Diamonds have the opportunity to receive the Annual Emerald or Diamond bonus in-cluding their European and Russian legs. Existing Emeralds and Diamonds must in-crease the number of their Q12 legs com-pared to the base years PY 2010/11 and PY 2011/12 in order to include Russian legs in addition to their European legs into the calculation for the annual bonuses. * A group that achieves Silver Producer status 6 times within

a Performance Year. ** To earn the European Emerald Incentive Annual Bonus, a Platinum can

count in-market and European Q6 groups. E.g., a German Platinum business can have one group in Germany and the 2 groups internation-ally sponsored from Germany to Austria and Eastern Europe.

*** To earn the European Diamond Incentive Annual Bonus, a Platinum can count in-market and European Q6 groups. E.g., a Hungarian Platinum business can have one group in Hungary and the remaining 5 groups sponsored by the Hungarian business into other countries within Europe.

FOUNDERS PLATINUM VOLUME EQUIVALENCY (VE)

Reduced Volume Equivalency (hereinafter VE) continues to be an option for qualifying as a Founders Platinum in PY 2013/14.

The original V/E level of 144,000 PV has been reduced to 120,000 PV V/E volume. This vol-ume includes all downline in-country volume including downline Silver Producer/Platinum with no restrictions on pass up.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE REDUCED V/E:

• 120,000 PV annual volume

• 10 or 11 qualified months (Silver Producer months)

• Minimum 18% performance bonus level in the non-qualified months.

ABOs can count 120,000 PV V/E to reach Founders Platinum level and must reach at least 18% qualification level in non-qualified months.

ABOs still can use the original 144,000 PV annual volume without any further require-ment in non-qualified months to qualify as Founders Platinum with Volume Equivalency.

this requirement. In the future, this growth requirement will be adjusted to take into consideration the growth trends of the markets.

We’ve kept the quarterly PPV requirement in order to maintain consistency with other GIP components, and we’ve also added some extra flexibility to the growth requirement for those Founders Platinums who have large businesses.

All qualifiers for LTS in PY 2013/14 will be able to enjoy the magnificent Costa Navarino in Greece, in 2015.

EUROPEAN BUSINESS SEMINAR

There is nothing more exciting than introduc-ing ABOs to fantastic experiences as part of their reward for attaining new levels of suc-cess with their Amway business.

NEW PLATINUM SEMINAR

New qualified Platinums, the newest leaders in the business, are invited to a special busi-ness seminar that provides inspiration, mo-tivation, and information on how to grow as a leader. This seminar is organised by the local Amway affiliate.

NEW CRITERIA! LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR QUALIFICATION

To enable the new and emerging leader-ship to qualify faster and sooner for the Leadership Training Seminar (hereinafter LTS), we have developed new criteria.

These criteria make it possible for the new leadership to join thousands of the most successful leaders in Europe in an unforget-table trip.

For first time qualification, only eight (8) qual-ified months will be needed. As new lead-ers keep growing and building further sta-bility into their business the LTS criteria will adapt to this growth until twelve (12) quali-fied months become a requirement for 4th time qualification.

We also wanted to ensure that those who are actively building the business, sponsor-ing new ABOs, and generating new volume are rewarded for their achievements with the new qualification criteria. Our focus on new sponsoring volumes will make this possible.

Another key aspect of the new criteria is the importance of growth. For PY 2013/14 even a growth of 1 PV is sufficient to fulfil

ADDITIONAL LTS CRITERIA

• Volume Growth Target: Third time and beyond qualifiers, must increase their LTS Volume Base compared to previous PY 2012/13 by at least 1 PV.

• All LTS qualifiers must achieve the Platinum Certification.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR EM-ERALDS AND ABOVE

• Emeralds have to fulfil 600 PPV per quarter.

• Diamonds and above are automatically qualified for the LTS.

LTS VOLUMES DEFINITIONS

• LTS Base Volume: Award volume, includ-ing volume from Silver Producers and Gold Producers regardless if they are qualified or not for the month. Volume will be cut off at the downline Platinum (no Platinum volume is included).

• LTS Goal Volume: Award volume, includ-ing volume from Silver Producers and Gold Producers regardless if they are qualified or not for the month. Volume will cut off at a downline Platinum. New Platinums during the PY will be included in the volume until the end of the PY.

SPECIAL TRANSITIONAL BENEFIT

Those ABOs who have consistent signifi-cant high volumes beyond Amway Sales and Marketing Plan requirements, will have a special transitional benefit of a 10% buffer for the volume growth targets.

Consistent high volumes are defined as 60,000 PV or more award volume per year that is needed to reach a qualified month ac-cording to the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan. This means an average of 5,000 PV ex-tra per month which can be achieved in one or a mix of the following ways:

a) Monthly average of 15,000 PV for those with NO qualified legs (180,000 annual PV).

b) Monthly average of 9,000 PV for those with one qualified leg (12 times legs and 108,000 annual PV).

c) Monthly average of 5,000 PV for those with two qualified legs (12 times 2 legs and 60,000 annual PV).

DIAMOND Conference QUALIFICATION PERIOD:

1st September 2013 – 31st August 2014

In 2015, upon invitation, Amway Europe’s new and re-qualified Diamonds and above will enjoy one of the world’s most exciting locations.

At these events, Diamonds and higher levels will have the opportunity to mix business with pleasure and hear about strategy, the future plans of Amway in Europe, spend time with Amway management and also to exchange thoughts and ideas with other achievers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms of the Growth Incentive Programme may be revoked, cancelled, modified or con-ditioned by Amway at any time, at its sole discretion.

Prior to approving qualification, Amway may track and verify volumes leading to ABO’s qualification throughout the period of quali-fication and up to and including the time the award or bonus is to be disbursed to ensure that the qualification is earned in accord-ance to the Amway Rules of Conduct, which can be found on www.amway.co.uk or www.amway.ie. This website also includes the “Amway Principles on Qualification” docu-ment, providing information regarding how the Amway Rules of Conduct are enforced.

In addition to the performance criteria and adherence to the Amway Rules of Conduct, ABOs must be in good standing and not in breach of their ABO contract with Amway

throughout the period of qualification and up to and including the time the award or bonus is to be disbursed.

All income amounts mentioned in this docu-ment are earned bonus amounts without VAT.

The expected minimum duration of the Programme is until the end of PY 2013/14, if it generates the expected benefits.
