• Foster open international collaboration of professionals for innovation

• Train the staff of educational institutions – on use, reuse, and development of

open educational resources (OER) and

– creation of innovative curriculum for work-based learning using OER

Project results (achieved so far)

3 training materials on– OER and sustainability models,– ICT tools to develop and adapt OER– Innovative curriculum designing for

work - based learning for CVET, VET and adult education

24 created OER in English

6 courses for work - based learning including created and adapted OER for teachers, trainers and VET students

OpenPROF project challenges for collaboration

• Virtual collaboration takes time and physical meetings of teachers are necessary, so collaboration on OER creation focus in national teams

• Teachers prefer creation of OER in national languages rather English, so it takes time to translate and provide for OER for revision, use, reuse or adaptation
