Our Next Phase

Open House Perth is part of a

worldwide family of Open House

organisations that promote the value of

good design. Good design is not a

luxury, its a necessity to ensure quality

of life, sustainable built environments

and vibrant places.

Perth is always on the verge of

greatness. Home to incredible natural

environments. We believe that by

positioning Perth as a world-class

design destination we can create a

better built environment for residents

and visitors alike.

Since 2012 Open House Perth has

facilitated over 450,000 visits to over

500 locations across the Perth Metro

Area. Up to now the majority of our

Partnership Benefits have been

centred around our annual event - a

free of charge weekend experience

opening upwards of 120 locations.

2020 represents the start of a new

phase for Open House Perth. After

cementing the status of the Open

House Perth weekend as a key event in

the Perth Metro Calendar, we are

launching an annual program.

Our annual event presents a fantastic

opportunity for partners to engage with

industry, community and place on a

significant scale. 2020 will present our

partners with the ability to work with

the Open House Perth organisation to

develop year round benefits while

collaborating closely with our team to

create the best outcomes for your

organisation.

Not only is Open House Perth, Western

Australia’s largest design festival, as

part of a global family Open House’s

Worldwide facilitate over 1 million visits

to over 40 cities annually, making it the

largest public festival of design across

the globe. Open House cities include

London, New York, Melbourne,

Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Chicago and

more. Amongst our sister cities Perth

sits in the top 10 for annual

attendance.

Giving people a better understanding

of good, sustainable design has directly

resulted in better built form outcomes.

Having built up a strong reputation

over the last nine years we are beyond

excited to move into our next phase
