Dear attendee I’m delighted to enclose the visual notes from the third annual Open Mobile Summit, San Francisco. 2010 was our biggest Open Mobile Summit yet. The attendance exceeded all of our expectations both in terms of number, seniority and variety of executives participating. The conference was covered by over 100 press outlets, and featured keynotes from Dan Hesse CEO Sprint, Dennis Crowley CEO Foursquare, Anthony Melone CTO Verizon Wireless and other leading lights of the mobile, Internet and media industries. It was the idea of my good friend Christian Lindholm to encapsulate the conference outputs in this animated style, and the piece has been produced by leading design agency Fjord, where he is Managing Partner. I’m very grateful to Christian for his continued and wholehearted support of The Open Mobile Summit conference, and for his efforts in

helping me innovate in the conference user experience in this way. We’re now working on the Open Mobile Summit 2011 series – happening in London June 79 and San Francisco November 810. I hope you can join us! All the best,

Dear attendee

It was wonderful to meet so many of you at The Open Mobile Summit in San Francisco.

At Fjord, we believe that this conference is unique in the mobile space, collecting the most engaging people from both sides of the Atlantic; big brands and innovative startups meeting together on the stage with some of the most respected moderators in the industry.

During the two days we captured an incredible amount of information, documenting it is a massive task for you, so we wanted to do that for you with the skill and precision of Diana Arsenian. At Fjord we try to elegantly simplify everything we do, this is just one way.

We’re grateful to Robin for trusting us to innovate by visually note taking at her event and we hope to see you at The Open Mobile Summits in London and San Francisco in 2011.

With best wishes for the holiday season,

Christian
