In uma evalu肴rii efectuate de catre Grupul de Experyi a Ofertelor Tehnice depuse de

Consultantii inclu!i pe Lista Scurta, 3 (trei) Consultanti au acumulat scorul tehnic minim

necesar pentru cal綿carea in etapa evaluむii Ofertelor Fin狐Ciare.

Confom procedurii de achizitie, 1a data de 22 iulie 2019, Participantii au fost anunta!i despre

rezultatul evaluむii tehnice. La data de l august, 2019 ace?tia au fost invita車1a deschiderea

Ofertelor Financiare.

Transport and Road Infrastructure, is present as follows:

Opening of Financial Proposals

Following the evaluation performed by the Group of Experts, of the Technical Proposals

submitted by the shortlisted Consultants, 3 (three) Consultants have accumulated the minimal

technical score necessary in order to qualify for the evaluation of the Financial Proposals.

In accordance with the procurement rules, on July 22, 2019, the Consultants have been

announced about the outcome of the technical evaluation. Consequently, on August 01, 2019

they have been invited to the opening of the Financial Proposals.

According to the evaluation criteria established in the Request for Proposals, only those

Consultants who have accumulated a technical score of at least 80 points are qualified for the

financial evaluation.

In accordance with paragraph 23.2 ITC of the Request for Proposal, the breakdown of the

technical evaluation has been made public to all those who have attended the meeting:
