Tiffany & Co. - Responsible Mining Program “Tiffany & Co. strives to source
diamonds, gemstones and precious metals from mines that conform to high standards of social and environmental responsibility. We source metals and diamonds used in Tiffany & Co. owned and operated manufacturing facilities directly from known mines when possible.”
“We believe that the most important contribution we can make to advance a responsible sourcing agenda is to use the Tiffany brand to encourage jewelry consumers to demand responsibly sourced materials.”

From round table discussions to an action plan Close cooperation and open dialogue
between the parties can culminate in mutual benefits.
Finnish Ministry of Employment and Economy has carried out a round table discussion on “Making Finland a leader in sustainable extractive industry”.
The action plan would be useful for other countries who want to develop the extractive industry and mining in a sustainable way.
