Vibrant acidity and a long, lifted finish. 2018 Estérelle, Côtes de Provence, Château du Rouët, France 8 24 35 This wine is pale salmon in colour with aromas of red and black berry fruit, citrus and white blossom which follow onto the palate. This elegant, dry, rosé is fresh and fruity with a refreshing acidity on the long finish.
