NB : to facilitate access to Bordeaux station, follow road markings. Trucks should access the station when coming from the «transport center» located on one end of the parking lot as shown on the diagram.

Safety instructions
Mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) for LNG refuelling
Unauthorized persons not allowed
Cryogenic liquid and its vapors may cause skin damage similar to a burn («cold» burn). If the skin is on direct contact with a very cold metal, it may stick to the metal and tear when removed.
In case of skin freezing by contact with the liquid gas, pour warm water. Do not remove clothing and request medical assistance as soon as possible.
It is mandatory to wear:

Do not use cellphones
A face shield Clothes with long sleeves fully covering

Before refuelling
Park and place tank in front of LNG hose in accordance with ground markings
Ground the vehicle’s tank with the ground clamp before starting to refuel with LNG. The cable should not be too tense.
Go to the payment terminal with card or badge, select LNG and choose pump number.
If requested by the screen, select «payment by contact» for badge payment.
Always follow safety instructions displayed on site:• Do not smoke• Do not use cellphones/other electronics
devices• Turn off engine and vehicles lights• Do not refuel with passengers inside the
vehicle• During all the refuelling process stay
clise to the tank and not in the truck

Before connecting the nozzle, clean the filler orifice and the nozzle with air gun from the truck or a dry cloth to remove any moisture.
Lift the LNG hose from the dispenser (pull the LNG nozzle’s handles backwards to unlock from its support). Insert the nozzle into the tank and lock by pushing the handles forward. Some nozzle models require a half a turn pushing the handles forward.
NB - CAEN station for VOLVO truck: open the vent valve before starting the refuelling process as indicated on tank. The hose and nozzle are compatible with VOLVO trucks.
Before refuelling, the driver has to wear all PPE - personal protective equipment (cryogenic gloves, face shield, long sleeves)

Once the payment automat has authorized the transaction and the «authorized» / «autorisé» message appears on the display of the dispenser start the refuelling process by following the steps below:
• Press START.• Press DEAD MAN 4 once at the start and keep pressing it every 30 seconds during
the filling process (an audible alarm will notify the driver). The refuelling process stops automatically once tank is filled.
• The dispenser cools down, «pressurisation» appears on the screen . Once the dispenser is cool enough, the tank starts to fill automatically, «en charge GNL» appears on the screen.
• If you wish to interrupt the filling before the tank is full, press STOP.• In case of emergency or serious incident, press the EMERGENCY STOP.
Refuelling
No leaks should be visible, otherwise disconnect the hose and repeat the process.
NB - CAEN station for VOLVO truck: close vent valve when filling is over.
When refuelling process is over, disconnect the LNG hose from the tank by pulling on the handles. If the nozzle is not easy to pull out wait for a few minutes. Then put the LNG hose back on its support. Lock by pushing the handles forward. Close the filling socket with the plug. Remove the earthing cable and put it back on its support. To get the filling ticket go to payment terminal and choose dispenser number.

Venting
VOLVO
If the pressure level in the vehicle’s tank is too high (above 10-12 bar); the display will indicate that it is necessary to vent the tank. You can also read the pressure level on the gage on the tank. Before venting:
CASTETS: disconnect LNG hose and place it back on dispenserBORDEAUX: disconnect LNG hose and place it on the floor
CAEN: venting takes place automatically through the same hose (do not take into account the following steps)
In Castets and Bordeaux
TO depressurize open venting valve as indicated on tank.
Lift the venting hose market with VOLVO tags and hook it into the tank outlet, adjust it in the same way as the refuelling hose.
To activate venting process:
When the venting is complete, close the valve and hang the venting hose back on its sup-port, then:
CASTETS: press MOVBORDEAUX: press START
CASTETS / BORDEAUX: repeat LNG refuelling steps.

SCANIA & IVECO
If the pressure level is too high (above 10-12 bar), the display will indicate that it is neces-sary to vent the tank. You can also read the pressure level on the gage on the tank. Before venting :
CASTETS / POITIERS: disconnect LNG hose and place it back on dispenser.BORDEAUX / CAEN: do not disconnect LNG hose
To depressurize, open the valve located on the side of the tank (loosen completely and tighten a quarter of a turn).
Lift the venting hose and hook it into the tank outlet, adjust it by turning a quarter of a turn clockwise.
To activate venting process:
When the venting is complete, close the valve and hang venting hose back on its support:
CASTETS / POITIERS: press MOVBORDEAUX / CAEN: press START
CASTETS / POITIERS: repeat LNG refuelling stepsBORDEAUX / CAEN: LNG refuelling will start again automatically

CNG refuelling
Go to the payment terminal with card or badge, select CNG and choose the pump number.
If requested by the screen select «payment by contact» for badge payment.
Park and place CNG tank in front of CNG hose.
Open the vehicle’s CNG tank hood.
Castets / Bordeaux / Poitiers
Insert the nozzle into the CNG socket and adjust/lock by turning the handle as shown in the photo.
Lift the hose from the dispenser and unlock it by turning the handle as shown in the photo.

PRESS AND HOLD THE GREEN ACTIVATION BUTTON DURING THE ENTIRE REFUELLING PROCESS (if not, the refuelling process is interrupted).
When the refuelling is finished, the message «END» will appear.
Once the refuelling is finished, disconnect the hose and hang it back into its support on the dispenser. To get the filling ticket go to the paymnt terminal and choose dispenser number.
Caen
Press on the button to free the nozzle. Connect the nozzle to the tank and lock it by turning the lock 180° (the arrow must point to the vehicle’s tank).

PRESS AND HOLD THE GREEN ACTIVATION BUTTON DURING THE ENTIRE REFUELLING PROCESS.
Once the refuelling process is finished, “FIN” (“END”) message will appear on the display. Unlock the nozzle by turning the lock 180° and hang it back on dispenser. To get the filling ticket go to payment terminal and choose dispenser number.
In case of leakage when refuelling, stop the refuelling immediately by pressing STOP. If the leakage persists press EMERGENCY STOP/PARADA DE EMERGENCIA on the dispenser.
In the event of a breakdown or incident around the supply area, press EMERGENCY STOP/PARADA DE EMERGENCIA on the dispenser.
In the event of a breakdown or incident in another area of the station (technical area), press GENERAL EMERGENCY next to the intercom or technical area.
