If repaired by unprofessional people, the safety modulus of the machine could be altered. Carry out all the work and maintenance according to the norms after using it. Move the stacker always keeping the forks at the lowest position while no loading on the forks. Pay attention not to hurt anybody around your working area. People are forbidden to stand on the forks of the stacker. Do not leave the stacker on the working place after used. The load capacity of the stacker depends on the lifting height and the position of the load center, please refer to the relative technical features in this instruction. The adhesive label on the stacker must be always legible. Do not use the stacker for other purpose except lifting or lowering load. In case damage happens, repair it in the local place according to the instruction. (The stacker is delivered tightened on a strong wood pallet with oil and battery acids. Before inserting the key into the ignition commutator, please check if it is the truck you had requested. 5 WORKING NORMS FOR THE OPERATOR The people to use the stacker must be adult and responsible. Please refer to the working norms if you operate the stacker for the first time. Practice with an empty stacker at a clear place, and use it during work after you controlled the capability of the stacker. We advise you to improve your confidence before using this stacker. When working and making maintenance or repair, you must wear correlative working clothes. 6 SECURITY NORMS During moving and lifting or lowering load, be sure that nobody is around you. Do not damage or remove any protection & carter on the machine. The carried load must be laved neatly on the forks in the right way and the weight of goods should be distributed on the two forks evenly, the center of gravity of goods should be in the center of two forks, and position should be 600mm away from the end of fork. When loading, please refer to the load graph on the sticker. Overload is not permitted. During lifting or lowering, you can not move the machine. position), then turn the pollex switch for advance and backward. Turning them forward, the fork lift moves forward, turning them backward, the fork lift moves backward. The advancing or the backing depends on speed the angle of the turning pollex switch. When starting or in a small area, the grade of turning pollex switch should be small accordingly.

6.3 STOP If you need to stop the stacker evenly, loose your thumb, and the rotating button will turn to no function position automatically, at this time, through the reverse current caused by controller, the stacker will stop smoothly after a short working. Please close the arms of the protection if do not use in a period of time.(please do it in the reverse ways to open them). For special, we also can make the machine with throttles release automatically & stop immediately.

6.4 STOP IN EMERGENCY For stop in emergency, you can put the handle to the vertical upright position (about 80) or put the handle to the level position (around 0), and the electronic brake will be locked. When stop in emergency, operator should stand with care to avoid any damage due to inertial impact. 6.5 STANDARD FREE LIFT This stacker is with standard free lift. If the stacker lifts over than free lift height, please be very careful, the mast may bump the above objects(such in the elevator). 6.6 MOVING SPEED AUTOMATIC LIMITING When lifting in a pretty high position (>380mm), you may find the speed of advance/backward is slower than the usual by 60%, which is function of speed-limit works automatically because the. At that time, you try to lower the fork in a position as low as possible and make the speed as usual. 6.7 INVERSION KNOB During backward, if the operator touch the red inversion knob, the stacker will stop immediately, and then go forward in a contrary direction for a certain distance. This is mainly for prevent your body from hurt. 6.8 SWITCH LIFTING AND LOWERING Two ways for lifting and lowering, electromagnetic valve: 1) press the button with ↑ for lifting and press ↓ for lowering, if release it, it will stop immediately; manual value: 2)pull the handle backward, the fork will lift; push the handle forward, the fork will lower, if on the rest position, it will stop. 6.9 OULOMETER OF BATTERY When electricity discharge is up to 70%, one led will be alight and warning, and the battery should be charged. When electricity discharge is up to 80%, two leds will be alight and warming, the stacker will be in lock and can not lift but still can start, the battery should be charged immediately. 6.10 EMERGENCY BUTTON For some special situation, such as the machine is out of control, you can press the red emergency button. 7 MODALITY AND HOW TO USE THE STACKER Drive the stacker according to the instructions. The operator must open the arms of the safety fence to ensure his balance during transportation. If with load, the stacker can not make sudden starts and stop. Adjust the traveling speed of the stacker according to the different situations as follows: presence of other stacker, people near the stacker, uneven floor or in presence of little bumps that can modify The security position of the stacker. In case the load blocks the visibility, it is necessary to be helped by another operator. Follow these steps to load the stacker: 1. Drive close to the load. 2. Lift the forks below the load. 3. Drive forward, bringing the forks under the load. 4. Lift the load. 5. Back the stacker with the load to make the descent is possible. 6. Lower the load slowly. Carry out following steps during unloading of the goods: 1. Get close to the position. 2. Lift the load up to the desired height position. 3. Advance slowly to bring the load to the proper position. 4. Lower the load to make the bottom of the forks on the shelf. 5. After unloaded, back the forks slowly. While transporting the loads on the slope, you have to pay attention to : with the load directed to the top. While climbing and descending ramps with the empty stacker, you have to : advance on the ramp with the forks directed to the descent; while descending, you have to direct the forks to the descent. Park the stacker in a protected, leveled and solid place. Do not leave the stacker parked with the key inside the commutator. Park the stacker in such a way that gives the possibility to people to move, and park it with the forks lowered to the bottom. 8 DIRECTIONS FOR HANDLING THE STACKER Before handling, loading or unloading the stacker from or on a motor vehicle, make sure there are no loose parts, which may endanger the operator. The handling or lifting of the stacker during transportation stages, must be executed only in following ways.
