OPERATING MANUAL FOR: SINGLE BLOCK-EJECTOR WITH CHUTE - TYPE 75-1
02.03
Before start: Connect a ½" airhose with a pressure of 6 bar (90 psi) to the hose-connection marked “Inlet”, and a ½" airhose to the hose-connection marked “Outlet” to guide the used air away. It is recommended to have an air conditioner (filter and lubricating device) installed in your compressed air line in order to extend the lifetime of the cylinders and the valves. Air supply:
• Air required: 55 litres (14.5 gallons) per block ejected at 6 bar. • Min. inlet pressure: 6 bar (90 psi). • Max. inlet pressure: 7 bar (102 psi).
Operation: • Insert a full frame into the ejector against the frame stop with the top of the block facing
down. • Keep hands clear of the area under the ejector cylinders. • For ejection push the button valve pos. 8 (draw. No. 0050-002-007). • Remove the empty frame. The block will slide out to the side. Maintenance: All stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned with a high pressure and steam cleaner. Pneumatic parts however, must be cleaned with great care. The cleaning can be done with an alcalic natrium hydroxide solution followed by a careful rinsing with clean water. The cleaning should be ended with a spray of paraffin oil in order to protect the surfaces against corrosion. After cleaning check the pneumatic system for leaks. When ordering spare parts please refer to the machine serial No.
