• Subpart 16, 22-41 and 51 replaced with CAR 521 but associated STD remains for all.

Standardization
• MD-M technical information sessions to start in 2011 as part of AME Symposiums.
• Foreign ATO PVIs being conducted then standardized in Atlantic Region.
• Assessment of foreign AME applicants.• M&M Standards to provide additional Regional
Standardization with regards to the issuance of all M&M related certificates.
Foreign Agreements
• TCCA/FAA BASA, MIP, AC 571-002. Allows for maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations (exception annual inspections).
• AMOs must have TCCA approved FAA Supplement to its MPM for Part 121/135 air carriers and FAA Repair Stations must have FAA approved TCCA Supplement for Part IV/VII operated aircraft .

• TCCA Form One accepted by EASA Aug 2009.
