* Marketing activity: Qualified Lead generation for your MortgageBrokerage Services and also fixing up one on one appointment as andwhen required.

* Calling seats: We could initially start off with 1 Operators,depending on your requirement, a ramp up plan could be finalised at alater stage.

* Productivity:

• Minimum 10 qualified leads per operator per week.

* Service Guarantee: Once KPIs are agreed upon, the same will bedelivered even if it requires us to dial extra at no additional cost to

you.

* Pricing schedule: We charge you on an hourly model and monthlyin advance. The ongoing Monthly costs would be as follows;

1. $12 per hour X 48 hours X 4 weeks = $2304/- excluding GST2. One time set-up = $500/- (for pre-process activity)

3. 10 Qualified Appointments for your Mortgage Services peroperators per week and can go high as par your demand and

requirements4. Numbers can be increased depending upon the requirements.

* Pre-process activity: Scripting, Technical set up, MIS, Reportingtemplate, Hiring & Training, and Voice Recording set up.

* Account Management: For every campaign that we undertake, adedicated Account Manager is nominated. He would liaise with your

team as per the day to day requirements of your campaign.

* Quality: A quality resource will be allocated to your program, and alllead generation calls would be monitored for maintaining higher thanacceptable standards.
