OPEX PHILADELPHIA BUS TOUR We are excited to you share with you the custom Philadelphia Tour the 40th Anniversary Commi ee have created in partnership with The Awfully Nice Tour Company of Philadelphia.

Coach Buses will depart and return from the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cherry Hill, NJ (this is the Host Hotel for the 40th Anniversary). Buses will be leaving the Hotel at 9:10 AM, 9:20 AM, and 9:30 AM. We promise to have you back to the Crowne Plaza by 3:00 PM.

Details of the Day: Bus tour will include drive by of Penn’s Landing, a visit to Christ Church, drive by of Independence Mall (to be included in the walking tour), drive by of City Hall, Love Park, the Comcast Center, Franklin Parkway, a run up the Rocky steps. With a drive back to the Independence Mall built in, this should take about 90 minutes of the me allowed.

A walking tour of the Historic District that will take 2 hours. This will include the President’s House, Liberty Bell (inside dependent upon lines), Independence and Congress Halls (outside), Washington Square, Second Bank, Carpenter’s Hall, First Bank, Franklin Court, possibly the Print Shop (depends on ming), Betsy Ross House, Elfreth’s Alley, the Arch Street Mee ng House and Franklin’s grave site. We also focus on the current culture of the area. This is now a highly populated residen al area and we like to talk about recent changes as well as point out local coffee shops and bou ques. We would finish the walking tour in Independence Mall to meet the buses, so it is a circular route.

Lunch would be at the Reading Terminal Market. The bus tour guide can talk about its history and point people in the right direc on for certain types of food. If anyone wants to visit the train shed building above, the guide would be on hand to offer that, it’s a wonderful space, currently the Grand Ballroom of the Conven on Center. We would allow an hour for this.

Suggested Things to Bring: Umbrella – Rain or Shine including approximately 1.5 miles of walking, talking, listening and having fun.

Comfortable Shoes ‐ approximately 1.5 miles of walking at slow pace and op onal running up the Museum steps.

OCEAN CITY BUS TRIP An cipa on builds as you get closer. The air gets cooler on a fresh sea breeze – you’re only minutes from your des na on – fun and sun in “America’s Greatest Family Resort,” Ocean City! The sea, the sand, and the Boardwalk with its wide variety of a rac ons, amuse‐ments, shops, and food are there to greet you. Although it will probably be a li le too cool for a dip in the invi ng waves of the Atlan c Ocean, come prepared to spend a few hours strolling the awesome Beach and Boardwalk – Ocean City’s own version of the B&B. See the following informa on for more details on what to look forward to! From its humble beginnings as a summer fishing camp known as Peck’s Beach, Ocean City and its Travel Channel award winning beach has become a family favorite. Some of us OPEX folks grew up in this city – we know you’re going to have a great day!

What to pack: Please pack accordingly as the average temperature for Ocean City, New Jersey (OCNJ), in September is around 70‐75 Degrees Fahrenheit. Sunscreen Comfortable walking footwear for the Boardwalk (although the beach is best done barefoot!) Cash for shopping (many stores do not accept credit cards or debit cards) Cash for food (you’ll be allowed up to $15 to expense for lunch, but many places only accept cash)

What to expect: Each year countless visitors travel to New Jersey just to visit Ocean City’s Boardwalk. Whether it’s a family tradi on or your first trip to OCNJ, there are lots of reasons why this popular Jersey Shore Boardwalk is the vaca on des na on of people from all over the world. On Sunday, September 20th, 2015, all current OPEX employees are invited to join us between 11am and 3pm at our Moorestown cam‐pus for lunch, building tours, car and bike show, and lawn games. Spouses/significant others, and children are also welcome to a end. This will be a great opportunity to relax and enjoy a meal with your co‐workers, and also tour our Moorestown and Pennsauken facili es. Building tours and equipment demonstra ons will start at

11am. Between 11:30am and 2:30pm we will have several lunch

trucks parked along the road behind the 835 building, providing us

with a classic Philly‐style lunch experience.

Tents, tables, and chairs will be set up in the grassy area alongside the 835 Lancer Drive building. We’ll also have a radio‐controlled plane demonstra on over the soccer fields at various points throughout the a ernoon. If you want to get a li le exercise, we’ll have bocce balls, cornhole pla orms, and horseshoe pits set up in the area, as well.
