OPN  Compensation  Plan  

Direct Sales Bonus

There are 4 income streams with the OPN compensation plan:

1.  Direct Sales Bonus 2.  Network Team Bonus 3.  Matching Bonus 4.  Leadership Pool

You will receive a commission based on the Business Volume (BV) associated with the products and services purchased by your personally sponsored Members.

v  A Basic Member will receive 5% commission on this BV turnover.

v  A Gold Member will receive 10% commission

on this BV turnover. v  A Gold Executive Member will receive 10%

commission on this BV turnover.

Network Team Bonus To qualify for the Network Team Bonus, an activated Member needs to personally sponsor a minimum of one Member in each Team (Left and Right). You will receive a percentage commission, depending on your Membership status, on the total Business Volume (BV) generated each business cycle (one week) in your "Lesser Network Team". This is counted as one-third (1/3) when balanced with the "Greater Network Team", which must be two-thirds (2/3). v  A Basic Member

will receive 5% Network Team Bonus. v  A Gold Member will receive 10% Network Team Bonus. v  A Gold Executive Member will receive 15% Network Team Bonus.

+  One  BV  within  the  marketing  plan  is  equal  to  €1  commission.    This  weekly  commission  is  capped  at  €12.500  for  all  Members.

Your Network organisation is based on two Teams (Left and Right Team). The Team with the lower BV volume is called the Lesser Team for the Network Team Bonus. The Lesser Team is counted as “one third” within a calculation period (one week). A commission on this Business Volume (BV) is paid out weekly when balanced with the Greater Team (two thirds). The double amount of Business Volume (BV) will be deducted from your “Greater Network Team” (the Team with the higher Business Volume for the weekly period).

Example: 10,000 BV in one week in your lesser Network Team with a minimum of 20,000 BV in the greater Network Team will pay 10% (Lesser Team) = 1,000 BV = €1,000 10,000 BV will be deducted from the “Lesser Team” and 20,000 BV from the “Greater Team”. The Network Team Bonus is paid in blocks of 250 BVs of the Lesser Team. The rest of the volume is rolled over to the following week.

Please Note: If a Member reaches the weekly cap (maximum Network Team Bonus) all BV in both Teams will be flushed (removed) and thus the next calculation period will start with zero BV in both Teams. The BV in each Network Team (left and right) that has been used to calculate the weekly Network Team Bonus (one third/two thirds) wil l be f lushed accordingly irrelevant of whether the member was qualified for the payout of the bonus or not.

Members need to be “Active” in order to receive bonuses of any kind. A Member needs to personally accumulate a minimum of 15BV per week so as to be considered “Active” and therefore to be qualified for any OPN bonus payments. If a Member fails to accumulate 15BV per week in their personal group so as he still retains his position in the Network but will not get paid on any of the BVs accumulated after the qualification period has passed. (personal group = 25% of all BV generated through personally sponsored Members and 100% of any personally generated BV) A Member can pre-qualify and start accumulating BV again after achieving the “Active Status”. A Member can pre-qualify for up to 4 weeks in advance. The new qualification period will commence from the week of accumulating 15BV. All BV will be flushed if the Member for a period of 4 consecutive weeks (4 successive pay-runs) has not maintained the “Active Status”

Active Status +

Capping of accumulated BV per binary tree team of every commission week is 500,000 BV. You can accumulate up to 500.000BV in your stronger team, as long as you have maintained your “Active Status”, however if you are not active for 28 consecutive days your BV will be flushed.

Matching Bonus 3 As shown in the graphic below, qualified Gold Members will receive a Matching Bonus on the Network commissions made to their Personally Sponsored Members, etc., down to a maximum of seven (7) levels. A Member needs to be Active to be eligible for the Matching Bonus.

Distribution of Earnings + 75% of all commissions will be paid to your OPN Earnings Account and 25% to your Mandatory account. No bonus will be calculated and paid out if your online account is in negative for more than 60 days.

A €35 annual fee will be due on the yearly anniversary date from when the Member activated their free OPN Membership. (This has been waivered until further notice.)

Is a free OPN Member, Basic member who has accumulated/generated a minimum total of 500 BV personally within the rest of starting week ending Friday plus following 4 (four) full weeks. His/Her personal BV (own purchases) will be valued at 100%.

GOLD Member

The BV required in any 4 week period for qualification for the Member status “Basic or Gold” (100 BV, 500 BV) can also be accumulated in the following manner: 1. The accumulated BV for a l l purchases made using the Member’s personal user name will be valued with 100% towards the Member’s own qualification (upgrade) to Basic or Gold.

2. The accumulated BV for a l l purchases made from all Personally Sponsored/referred SiteTalk Users/ OPN Members will be valued with 25% towards the Member’s/Sponsors qualification (upgrade) to Basic or Gold.

Example + The total BV towards your qualification 625 BV With this example you would have achieved the GOLD Member Status

There are two ways of achieving the Gold Executive Status: First: Is an OPN Member who has achieved the Gold Status and also has three personally sponsored Members with the Gold Status (free up-grades will not count) in His/Her network within the actual 28 days period. Second: Is a free OPN Member, Basic Member or Gold Member who has accumulated/generated a minimum total of 1650 personal BV within the rest of starting weekend ending Friday plus following 4 (four) full weeks or within any other actual 28 day qualification period. His/Her personal BV (own purchases) will be valued at 100%. Personal Group BV will not count towards this qualification requirement.

Leadership Pool 4 The LP will be 2% of the Global Turnover in OPN. To qualify for LP, Members need to achieve a minimum of 10,000 BV (lesser team) in a commission week. Members will be qualified immediately for the same week. The formula of the payout per Member:

Each active Member will receive points based on the volume on His/Her lesser team at the end of each commission week. For every 10.000 BV in your lesser team in the actual pay-run you will receive one point; for example you have 85.000 BV in your lesser team; you will receive 8 points for the week + 1 point for every consecutive week you have qualified for the Leadership pool. Let's say you have qualified for 10 consecutive weeks then you would have 10 + 8 points (18) for the actual example.

Members will be paid on His/Her weekly qualification volume. One (1) additional point will be added for each consecutive week that He/She qualifies. The weekly accumulated points for being qualified for consecutive weeks is capped at 25 weeks. If a Member fails to qualify (10,000 BV in lesser team) in one week, all accumulated points will be flushed. He/She will need to re-qualify for the pool. LP commission will be paid only to each “active” Member (as defined in the Compensation Plan) to be included in the pool. If a Member fails to be “active” for one (1) week, the Member will not have qualified for Leadership Pool even when He/She generates more than 10,000 BV; and all points regarding Leadership Pool qualification will be flushed. LP will be calculated on a weekly basis, but paid out on a 4-weeks basis, according to calendar weeks. Payout will be distributed as follows: 75% to your Earnings account and 25% to your Mandatory account.

5   8,000   You  have  drop  out  of  the  pool  and  will  not  be  paid  any  point,  and  all  accumulated  points  have  been  flushed.  

6   8,000   You  are  not  in  the  pool.  

7   10,000   You  have  now  re-­‐qualified  for  the  pool,  qualified  for  1  point.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS By participating in this program, Members hereby agree and authorize the Company to use at its discretion, without further compensation to the Members, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes, or any likeness of them or statements, verbal or otherwise, for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes. By entering into this program, each participant agrees that the Company shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this scheme. The Company reserves the right to exclude and withhold/waive any payments due to Members that have not complied with the rules of the Company. In case of any disputes, the Company’s decision is final. All Members have to agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Leadership Pool in order to be included in the calculation.

Business Loyalty Bonuses +

All Recognition awards for Director and above (e.g., Incentive Trips, Rolex awards, Cash bonus, Luxury awards and Leadership Pool ) are given to Members that are building their OPN business exclusively and are not involved in any other MLM/Network marketing business. It will be at the company’s discretion to publically acknowledge a Member’s award and achievement within the marketing plan or not. All awards within our recognition program can be changed at the company’s discretion at any time with a minimum of 14 days notice.
