Main objective: sending of electronic forms anddocuments to the university with the samevalidity as the physical registry.Characteristics:
– Electronic way of receiving official documents withauthenticity, integrity and non-repudiation of theperformed transactions.
– Providing of a service for checking the state of theforms and documents registered in the ElectronicRegistry Database.
– Integration of these electronic documents inside theworkflows of the university.
– Complete electronic processing between the differentusers that play a role in the lifecycle of the document.
