A CALLINGSoul Purpose was founded by Nadine Abraham Thompson in January 2008 and to fully appreciate the significance of this event, understanding the background is essential.From 1996 – 2007, Nadine built her first business enterprise, Warm Spirit into one of the most powerful and recognized brands in the African American community. Through it’s wonderful products and opportunity, millions of dollars each year were redirected back into the households of hundreds of more than 300,000 representatives. When her business partnership abruptly

ended in August 2007, the visionary and vision was separated from the enterprise shaking the very foundation of what Nadine had worked so tirelessly to create. With a community unable to recover, Warm Spirit filed for bankruptcy and closed its doors in January 2009.

However, Nadine’s immense calling was not diminished. Though she was devastated, it soon became clear that the decline of her first enterprise was simply a gateway to a new platform for empowering the lives of others.
