Our IndustryThe total vision care market in the United States generated about $17.2 billion in 2005, this number increased to 34.54 billion by 2009 (disregarding a huge recession). Clearly indicating Opticianry is an extremely solid Industry.

Ever expanding market: •Life expectancy is over 80 years. Every year an ever larger segment of the population is 40 years or older requiring corrective eye-wear.•1 in 4 newborns needs some sort of vision correction.•Everybody needs protective eye-wear against UV radiation and radiation from the displays of computers, tablets, and other electronic devices.

As a direct result, for the next 10 years, the Optical Industry is expected to experience an annual growth of 3.1% surpassing the very annual growth of the entire national economy (2.1%)

Page 3: OpticalTrends Investor solicitation presentation

Industry Stats Over 61% of the population in the US needs some sort

of vision correction. Over 70% of the labor force in the US requires some sort

of vision correction. 12.2 Million adults require some sort of vision correction

but don’t use any. 48% of parents with children under 12 have never taken

their child to an eye care professional. 10% of children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder

actually have a visual problem. 100% of the population needs protective eye-wear

against harmful UV radiation, as well as radiation from electronic devices like computers, tables, etc.

Investment security

We don't trade in a commodity: We cover a paramount need, it is extremely difficult to lead a successful life without adequate vision.

More than 150 million Americans use corrective eye-wear.

More than 36 million Americans wear Contact Lenses.

The total vision care market in the United States generates more than 34.54 billion U.S. dollars each year.

And all these numbers keep growing exponentially every year: Because there is a direct correlation between age and eye refractive errors.

Our Advantage Points We are closer to main bodies of target populations. We are located at an exclusive Plaza that caters to local middle

class. We are an independent Practice. 45% of all patients are quality oriented and rather purchase eyewear

at independent Practices than at Chain Stores. We have accounts with high-end eye-wear manufacturers that allow

our practice to be their exclusive distributor within a 30 mile radius. We also offer a mid-end assortment of eye-wear to target a wider

segment of the population. We have on board an expert Licensed Optician graduated with

Honors. We are launching a hybrid project (ground and online storefronts) We intent from day one to work shoulder to shoulder with all local

charities.

Extended Competition

Our Internet storefront faces some competition from high-end providers: This competition is not significant once we consider the size of the market population, but the majority of Internet shoppers are budget oriented.

Our main competitors: ZenniOptical.com, I-Buy-Direct.com, FramesDirect.com (offering low-end to mid-end eye-wear)

Based on this change in market behavior, online we intend to offer along with our signature products a low-end assortment of eye-wear intended to address this particular consumer.

These spectacles could be sold at prices ranging from $30 to $70, which are very competitive prices for this market.

Great Opportunity...

Marketing & Growth StrategyCurrently these prospect patients are purchasing their luxury/high-end eye-wear at other cities and countries when they travel for business or vacationing.

By opening a high-end Optical Practice at Colonial Grand Ln, across the popular AmStar Cinema, in the heart of Heathrow, Fl we'll be effectively exposed to heavy foot traffic from mid-high income patients who frequent this location and the various high-end businesses located in the same area.

We'll attract our patients by displaying in situ banners & adds promoting our products, as well as distributing flayers using the USPS marketing services.

There are many high-end businesses in the area, but no Optical Practice or Optical Boutique. Therefore, competition is non-existent.

Solid Growth...
