• Tuesday January 17: Fall Prevention I: Walking the Walk - Learn the basic principles of movement in order to correct any balance issues before falls occur.

• Tuesday February 21: Fall Prevention II: Just Breathe - Explore proper breathing techniques and relaxation. Learn how breathing can impact your balance.

• Tuesday March 14: Fall Prevention III: Strategies for Fall Prevention - A nurse practitioner will help you learn strategies for fall prevention.
