focused entirely within a “vertical market”; whether it be Software Engineering, Infrastructure,

means that every time a candidate is presented to a client by Opus Recruitment, a market

At Opus we know that recruitment is not just

about “finding a good CV”. That is why before

any application is made through Opus a

candidate will have had at least 2 screening

interviews, both technical – where a technical

market specialist will discuss his skills in relation

to the job, but also and arguably even more

importantly – your “account manager” will ensure

that they are a fit to what the company is looking

for in terms of soft skills, career aspirations, core

values, etc….

We value this highly because we listen when our

clients tell us that skills can be learnt but attitude

and core values are fundamental requirements of

the right employees. We also believe in making

Our Head Office is based in Bristol but from here we support clients located throughout the

UK, Europe and Worldwide. We have a network of satellite offices throughout the UK

meaning that whatever the location we have a “local” office to provide interview rooms,

recruitment days, assessment centres, meetings, debriefs, etc.

With our beginnings dating back to 2004 Opus are an established and stable player in the

very competitive IT Recruitment Sector. However, we have retained a “freshness” and a

desire to grow organically through our delivery to clients, culminating in a restructure and

rebranding at the start of 2008… meaning that Opus brings you the best of both worlds.

We run a number of client loyalty schemes – rewarding and thanking our clients for their
