Easy to handle valve. A valve that is designed for many year’s service in different working conditions with limited
or no maintenance at all. A valve in which the functional threading is not in contact with the fluid so as to avoid
possible corrosion and thereby ensuring smoother operation after a long operational service. A valve that will be
safe in every working condition and that will always prevent, even in case of incorrect handling, the stem being
ejected under pressure with consequent possibility of accidents. A valve which, with time, preserves the same
moment of tightness of its organs even under vibration. A valve whose plug is free to rotate about the stem and
move only vertically, to prevent indents, wear and breakages of the seat and of the plug itself. The material being
used to make the needle will be change depends on the material of the manifold.

Allows a proportional adjustment of the process parameters. Being free to rotate about the stem and thus absorbing its rotation, it avoids wear of the seat and the plug that would be caused by rubbing during the closing stage, thanks to its purely upward-movement.
3 JAM NUT To ensure the continuity of the moment of tightness in the most severe vibratory conditions, limiting the maintenance operations.
4 STEMStaging on its body that have purpose on each of it. It also use to hold the needle and this stem is the main part of this valve because it attach with all of other part in order to make it function.
5 PACKING Act as a gripper to the ring packing and it will force the ring to compact it with lower bush so it avoid fluid from leak.
6 BONNETIn this case the functional threading is not in contact with the process fluid and this prevents corrosion phenomena ensuring smooth working even after a long period of service.
7 BUSHING Guarantees maximum tightness in the most severe conditions and according with the most modern safety specifications.
8 NEEDLE Used as a holder for ring packing and bushing area. It grips the ring, bushing and stem together.
9 DUST CAP Prevent dust from interfere at the stem and the jam nut to ensure smooth surface for the stem.

5 VALVE MANIFOLDThese manual valves have been designed general purpose uses in wide range of applica-
tions, are suitable for instruments and lines cut-off on steam and high pressure fluids. These
valves are ideal for general purpose as well as for critical applications where high resistance
to pressure, temperature and corrosion are of primary importance and when tight shut-off,
time performance and long lasting equipment are required. Valve bodies are manufactured
with different materials, for example Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Monel 400, or on request,
in order to allow choosing the one better suited for assembling or welding to pipe. Before
shipment all valves are tested in our laboratory. Upon request we can supply test certificates
as well as chemical analysis and physical characteristics certificated of the material used.

GENERAL TECHNICAL FEATURES
1. Used for installation of pressure switch, pressure transmitters and manometers.
2. Possible to cut off and drain the instrument connected to the manifold.
3. Recover the outlet fluid if it is dangerous.
4. Supported with screw allowing easy and cheaper installation.
5. With female screwed inlet and outlet connections, combining and isolationvalve and vent valve in a single unit.
6. Fitted with alternative stem packing, P.T.F.E. or Graphoil.
7. Compactness permits fast, simple and economic assembly.
8. Besides the body configuration of the manifold disperse a possible overheating, protecting in this way the connected instrument.
9. Made in AISI 316L, Carbon Steel, Monel and on request.
10. Available in standard Rating 6.000 and 10.000 PSI
11. Working pressure up to 700 bar.
12.Flanged type is supplied with 7/16” UNF galvanized carbon steel bolts and P.T.F.E. O-Ring.

They have been conceived to make installation and maintenance of manometers, pressures, transmitters, pressure indi-cators and recorders easier, faster more economic and less cumbersome. They conceived in one-piece body which houses the line interception and instrument zeroing valves, thus allowing the elimination of nipples and pipe fittings hence the possibility of leaks. The drain or vent connection has standard 1/4” NPT-F thread in order to allow possible connection with a collector conduit but sometimes the drain or vent connection size will be change upon request. It has been made from bar-stock type or forged type.
