Streamlining all the activities related to employee’s training and development. Providing an
easy and single access to all the activities for employees and administrators.
To develop a system to identify talent employees and keep track of progress of talented
employees.
To develop a system to handle all activities related to Vendor on boarding.

Challenges
Project has to be delivered before next performance appraisal cycle run. But project was
initiated late from client side. Hence meeting expected time line was a challenge.
All the current Process were excel driven and had a lots of manual steps. So it was a
challenge to prepare client for a major shift in the way they perceive process and measure
efficiency of processes.
Preparing test cases and scenarios was a challenge because no reference system was in
place. Hence before UAT exhaustive brain storming session were done to cover all possible
scenario and test cases.

Designed a custom Learning management application as per business need.
Developed custom workflow and custom approval transaction types.
Designed entire Process online without any clerical work.
Designed a custom talent identification module as per business need. Developed
custom workflow and custom approval transaction types.
Designed a custom succession planning application as per business need which is
integrated with Talent and Learning Management application. Developed custom
workflow and custom approval transaction types.
Custom application learning Management, Talent Review and Succession planning are
integrated. Designed One View access to Managers and Top Management, who can
identify the need and track the progress of their employees.
Build Various Custom Business Intelligence reports.
Build Custom notifications mailers.
Online Transaction such as:
Program Request: Takes inputs from Manager for their required programs which are
required for their team growth.
On-Job Training Request: Online process of learning skills set of other Organization
skills.
Request for MBA: Employee learning for MBA (Scholarship).
Mentoring: Required for development of employee process cycle, wherein each
employee to have a mentor. Details of employees to mentor on one page and
required inputs from mentor to employee.
