SAS, a global software company, embarked on a journey to implement Oracle ERP with an objective of integrating home-grown systems with the cloud for business synergy. It was also faced with a challenge to adopt the ASC606/IFRS15 revenue standard. In this session, learn why it selected Oracle Revenue Management, augmented with Deloitte’s RevenuePrint methodology. RevenuePrint provided multiple accelerators including a preprocessor to ensure availability of the right data and enabled a smooth transition without impacting any key processes. With this solution, SAS was able to perform revenue carve-outs for lines, utilize residual approach for standalone prices, and handle complex foreign currency scenarios.
