Collaboration Support within Email Campaigns

• Collaboration Region: New type of region that can receive input from 1 or more participating subordinate organization units

• For example: Marketers from corporate or regional offices can designate regions of a campaign they want subordinate teams like local or store marketers to contribute content to

• Instructions can be included to help subordinate teams submit appropriate content

Initiate Collaboration from Program

Start Collaboration

3. Event Switch will listen for content submission and/or approval events from each participating organizational unit

4. Program can then proceed with remaining steps and launch the email campaign

1. Corporate or regional marketer initiates collaboration by dropping in new “Start Collaboration” activity in Program

2. This will initiate tasks for marketers from selected subordinate organizational units to submit their content

Task Management

• Task Manager notifies users, who represent one or more organizational units, that they have work to do

– Content Contribution Task: Assigned to users who need to contribute content to a specific campaign

– Content Approval Task: Assigned to users who need to approve content submitted for a specific campaign
