RESERVATIONS: Trip reservations can be made by calling our office during regular business hours or by stopping in our office. The following information is necessary to process your reservation: name(s) of person(s) traveling, address, telephone number, and desired pick up location.

BY PHONE: Give us a call at 231-760-1376. WALK-IN: We are located within Orchard View Community Education Center at 1765 Ada Avenue in Muskegon, directly behind Huntington Bank on Apple Avenue, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, Friday.

PAYMENTS: Payment options include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Mailed payments should be sent to: 1765 Ada Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442. Trips are filled on a first come, first served basis, call to register before mailing in payments. Deposits are required within seven days of making a reservation. Please understand that your reservation is not secure unless payment has been received. TRIP DETAILS: Day Trips: All details are listed in this brochure. You will not receive any information in the mail or by phone prior to departure. Extended Trips: Information will be mailed out 10-14 days prior to departure.

PICK UP LOCATIONS: Orchard View Travelers strives to accommodate as many passengers as possible, with multiple pick up and drop off locations. A minimum number of travelers may be required for certain locations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your departure time! If you are late for your pick up you may drive to the next nearest location and board there. Unfortunately, “No Shows” will NOT be granted a refund for any portion of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS: A full refund will be issued if a trip is cancelled by Orchard View Travelers. If you need to cancel your trip, cancellation penalties are listed below:

Day Trips: 90-60 days out: $15 cancellation fee, 59-31 days: deposit is nonrefundable plus any supplier fees, 30-1 day: trip cost is nonrefundable (if seat is resold, you will be fully refunded, less your deposit.)

Extended Trips: 90-45 days out: $75 cancellation fee plus any supplier fees, 44-31 days: deposit is nonrefundable plus any supplier fees, 30-1 day: trip cost is non-refundable (if seat is resold, you will be fully refunded, less your deposit.)

Trips with Air Included: Cancellation penalties will vary. Call Orchard View Travelers or check trip flyer for refund policies.
