To ensure printing is to a high standard, our preferred file format is vector EPS or PDF with Pantone colours to be embedded. High resolution (300 dpi) TIFF or JPEG formats are also acceptable. Please email your artwork to [email protected]. If ordering online, upload a high-resolution, print-ready JPEG, PNG or PDF.
As soon as we receive your order we check it to make sure we have all the details we need to proceed. If we have any issues or require any artwork, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will send you a confirmation email within 1 day.
Once your order has been processed we’ll send you a PDF proof via email, or fax if needed. Online orders see their proof instantly. Please ensure you check your proof, making sure there are no errors before approving. Please note 4C is not responsible for any mistakes printed that were not spotted at the proofing stage. Please call our design team if you have any queries.
On approving your proof, your order will be sent to print immediately.

Cards are supplied creased and flat making it easy for you to sign and come with peel & seal envelopes. Delivery is via registered courier, which must be signed for. Please order as early as possible as turnaround times nearer to Christmas can increase slightly.Please note, any corrections and retouch work required is charged as follows: Retouch logo £25; Author’s corrections / inc. 2nd proof £12. One colour printing other than black, set up charge £20. Payment strictly 30 days from order receipt. Our standard sales terms apply to all orders.
