You have just been summoned to court! You will be serving on a jury where lawyers will use witnesses, evidence, and possible motives to convince you that a law has been broken. But what does this all mean??
Task
Your job is to complete the attached worksheet. It will help you learn the vocabulary you will need to understand the court cases we will be studying. It will also help you as we hold our own mock trials, by outlining the steps we will need to follow, as well as what role each person in the trial will play.
