Oklahoma City Hydrographics Terms of Service OKC Hydrographics specializes in applying paint, and a print of automotive quality to three dimensional substrates in order to enhance a product. OKC Hydrographics strives to offer the lowest price possible while providing the highest quality product. Once the object has been processed, it WILL NOT be able to be restored to the original finish. BILLING: Due to the custom nature of our business, there are standard items that allow for up front pricing. However non-standard items and non-volume work is billed at 55 cents per square inch. ESTIMATES: Customers will receive an e-mail or phone estimate for the approximate amount of time and material required to complete a job. It will be an estimate and is subject to change based on any special circumstances that may arise during processing. OKC Hydrographics will communicate any of these circumstances prior to processing. FIREARM AND ARCHERY DISASSEMBLY: All firearms, including archery equipment, must be disassembled and cleaned prior to arrival at the OKC Hydrographics shop unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipment. Please DO NOT ship any parts that are NOT going to be customized. A disassembly fee and a cleaning fee of $60 per hour will apply on items not properly disassembled or cleaned. This service is not available for archery equipment. PAYMENT: OKC Hydrographics requires payment in full prior to processing all orders except for gun orders. On gun orders your payment information is required prior to processing, however you will not be billed until your gun is complete and ready to ship. Pay Pal, credit cards, debit cards, or money orders are accepted methods of payment. Please ship money orders with the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from OKC Hydrographics. PACKAGING: Please send all packages CERTIFIED MAIL when purchasing shipping. All firearms must be shipped in plain packaging. DO NOT write that there is a firearm in the package anywhere on the packaging. For your convenience there is a USPS shipping calculator link located at the bottom of page one of this agreement. WARRANTY: OKC Hydrographics will warranty our service for one year for any failure that is determined to be OKC Hydrographics responsibility. This covers any peeling of clear coat, base coat, etc. Negligence and improper care are not considered warranty circumstances; a copy of the invoice is required. PROCESSING TIME: Standard processing time for completion of a job is four weeks. Custom work completion times may vary. You will be contacted regarding expected completion dates. Please refrain from making inquiries relating to product status before this time period. OKC Hydrographics contacts customers the day their project is complete to collect credit card payment before return shipping product. If pre-payment has been made, we will inform customers of completion when their product ships. EXPEDITED SERVICE: It is rare that a product can be processed earlier than the standard four weeks due to paint cure times. Requests for expedited service are subject to additional fees that will be determined on a case by case basis.

Oklahoma City Hydrographics Scope Processing Liability Waiver Form

I acknowledge that by allowing OKC Hydrographics to customize my firearm scope, I understand that flooding may occur and I do not hold OKC Hydrographics responsible for any damage related to the submerging of the scope in water.

I am willingly allowing this process to take place even though my scope may be damaged. I understand that scope manufacturers that make claims related to waterproof or water resistant scopes may not have indicated a total submersion of the product in water as covered under any said claim.

I understand that if damage occurs, the manufacturer may void the warranty.

I give OKC Hydrographics permission to customize my scope and fully understand the risks involved.
