Dear ISAians

On behalf of the Organising Committee, I take immense pleasure in welcoming you all to the 22nd Annual

Conference of ISA Maharashtra State Chapter to be held at Nagpur from 8th - 11th October 2020, which is

being organised by ISA, Nagpur city branch.

The state conference of ISA Maharashtra chapter ‘ISACONMAHA2020’ will be held at Nagpur after almost

36 years which will be packed with intellectually stimulating academic sessions, exposure to Nagpur city’s

heritage and culture and ISA-NCB’s warm hospitality.

Continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, standardization & quality control is

necessary to achieve excellence at personal and organisational level. For our Anaesthesia fraternity it is

need of the hour.

The four days conference provides a platform for us all where we can exchange ideas, share and upgrade

knowledge and experience amongst ourselves and with the experts.

We, together MSCISA & ISA, Nagpur City Branch take pride to welcome each one of you in the city of

oranges. Nagpur city is the geographical centre of India having zero mile stone & known for its oranges

and Tiger Sanctuaries.

ISA, Nagpur City Branch was born in the year 1973 with seven members and has now grown up leaps and

bounds blooming with current strength of 440 members. This dynamic branch is conferred with “Best

City Branch Award” at State & National level since last 15yrs .We have our strong representation at State &

National level in executive team & in every field. Our members are winners of maximum prestigious

Individual National & state award since last 3 consecutive years. Our branch has organised National

conference ISACON-2002, WISACON-2007, MISACON-1984, ISSPCON 1978 & 2013.

REGISTRATION FEES FOR CONFERENCE

TERMS & CONDITIONS -

= Registration is mandatory for all the types of Participation.

= Conference registration is mandatory to attend workshop.

= The above mentioned fee includes 18% GST.

= Accompanying persons : Accompanying person above the age of 5 years, registration is mandatory for the conference. Accompanying person & children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.

= Delegate can attend only one workshop.

= Post Graduate students should submit a bonafide certificate / letter from HOD along with registration form before the deadline date, after which the next registration slab will be applicable.

= The conference registration and workshop registration is non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -

= Registration cancellation will be accepted only against the written request sent by email to isanagpur@gmail.com or

by post to the conference secretariat.

= Any cancellation received till 30th April 2020 will be entitled for 100% refund of the registration amount paid.

= Any cancellation received between 1st May to 15th August 2020 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration

amount paid.

= No refund will be made for cancellation on or after 16th August 2020.

= Please note that the transaction charges of the bank shall be deducted from the amount, if any.

= The refund process will begin 15 days after the conclusion of the conference. Note : Applicable bank charges will not

be refunded.

= Registration fees for the workshop is non-refundable & non-transferable.

= Online Payment : Delegates can pay online by using debit card, credit card and net banking options. (applicable

bank charges extra on registration fee for online registration).

= Offline Payment : Demand Draft, multi city cheque to be drawn in favour of “Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists -

Nagpur City Branch” payable at Nagpur. Please send duly filled registration form along with payment i.e. DD, Multi

city Cheque to Conference Secretariat.

Nagpur city is the second capital of Maharashtra, a cultural mix of all known corners of India. For ages
