ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT Historically, organization development
started with the concept of people change. When attitudes, interests, values of individuals improve, automatically, everything else improves. Nothing moves without people .They are the prime movers of change.Goals,funds, equipment, markets change because individuals do something to them.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN PRACTICE On human institutions under change, it
is the people that bear the final impact of this change. For it is they discover and feel the need for change; it is they that propose and implement change.

cope with change to survive, if not to grow.It is required also to innovate. For that ,organization development will continue to be used by public officials ,However, without the total awareness of the overall concepts of the social ,economic and political system of society.
