visitors come to this zone to seek food safety and sanitary information such as materials, analytical technology, accuracy management, allergy, and mycotoxin.

~Experience-based display gained popularity~ Gastrointestinal health has drawn increasing attention over the last few years. The Intestinal Amelioration Zone was built on the concept that a healthy body begins with improved intestinal flora, and provided intensive exhibition for probiotics such as lactobacilli, prebiotics including dietary fiber and oligosaccharides, and synbiotic ingredients that combine the two categories. Specialized laboratory analyzers for testing intestinal health was also exhibited in this zone, as were functional ingredients and supplements with promising implications for intestinal health. Our aim was to present a comprehensive picture, and to that end, we even included secondary material such as diluents and flavor masking additives essential to designing the total product.

ORYZA OIL & FAT CHEMICAL CO.,LTD., which celebrated its 80th
year of establishment, received the Best Product Prize continued
last year. This company’s top recommendation material "Aguahe
extract“ presented new research data. At the booth, there were 99
items of Halal products, γ-Oryzanol, which recently received GRAS
certification from the US FDA, and a wide range of functional
display materials, and many visitors were busy every day.
Emulsifiers, processed plum products PR Evaluated for broad
product development
In the booth with open-plan, the exhibitor displayed as many products
as possible, including natural pigments and vitamin E, focusing on
emulsifiers. It has been awarded the technology award for three
consecutive years since 2016, and although it has been highly evaluated
on the technology side, the product has also received spotlights.
The new R & D center, which is scheduled to be put into operation in
October this year, solves the problems associated with the research and
development of food improvers and aims to further improve product
capabilities.

New company name PR in all directions
Mitsubishi Corporation Life Science is a new company that was
born on April 1 by the merger of the former MC Food
Specialties, the former Mitsubishi Corporation Food Tech, and
the former Xingjin Life Science. The integration has increased
the lineup and expanded the business areas that can be
handled. We displayed the new business and the brand of each
company in an easy-to-understand manner, and received the
best PR award.

“Three Frailty" and measures materials
Sunsho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. advocates "three frailties (oral
frailty, body frailty, cognitive frailty)" as a means of spreading
and enlightenment for extending the healthy lifespan, and
exhibited as helpful and materials its own materials such as
Krill oil and Hoya derived from plasmalogen. In addition, the
baby star ramen which blended these materials was also
demonstrated, and it won the Best Promotion Prize with two

Japan’s first paper barrier material introduction
Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. has exhibited for the first
time in the packaging material section and won the Jury
Special Award. The company's product, a paper-made
tableware container "Fest", was used for ifia's specially-made
chilled lunch box rice container. The booth is unified in a cork-
like style that evokes paper, and a large number of packaging
materials are exhibited. It was evaluated that the theme was
easy to understand.
