WHAT IS BULLYING? Ano ang Pang-aapi?

◦is aggressive behavior that is intentional and that involves an imbalance of power or strength. Typically, it is repeated over time.◦isang agresibong kilos na pangkaraniwang inuulit sa paglipas ng panahon. Ito ay nilalayong magdulot ng pinsala, takot o lungkot o lumikha ng isang negatibong kapaligiran sa paaralan para sa ibang tao.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BULLYING:

Mga Uri ng Pang-aapi:

nanununtok, nanunulak, nananakit, namiminsala o nagnanakaw ng mga kagamitan/ari-arian.

Physical - hitting, kicking,punching, taking peoples’belongings or other acts thathurt people physically and thathappen repeatedly (not justone time).

Pang-aasar, pangungutya, o pag-gawa ng nakaka-sakit at negatibong komento.

Verbal - teased ina mean way or calledhurtful names.

Indirect - spreading meanrumors about others, whenpeople are intentionally keptout of a “group,” or whenmean gestures are madetowards others.

Pagkakalat ng mga tsismis at nakakasakitna komento sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng e-mail, mga cell phone , at sa mga lugar ng social media.

Cyber-bullying - happenswhen people are teased,taunted, or threatenedthrough the use of e-mail,cell phone, text messaging,instant messaging, social media or other electronic methods.

If you are in real danger, walk away (or RUN) away .Get away as quickly as possible.

Tell an adult you trust.An adult can help make the bullying stop. Report who bullied you, what happened, and where and when it happened.

Sumama sa iba at makipag-kaibigan.

Buddy up!Bullies most often go after with students who are alone. Join a group of other students.

Avoid the bullly.Think about where and when you usually run into bullies and try to stay away from those places at those times. If it’s a place you have to go, take along a friend.

Stand up for yourself .If you don’t feel like you’re in danger, stand up straight, look the bully in the eye, and say in a confident voice, Stop! Leave me alone! Then walk off. Maging matatag at malakas.

SCHOOL RULES

1. Bullying is not allowed inour classroom or anywhere else in the school.

2. We don’t tease, call names, or put people down.

3. We don’t hit, kick, or punch.4. If we see someone being bullied,

we speak up and stop it (if we can) or go for help right away.

5. When we do things as a group, we make sure that everyone is included and no one is left out.
