• Entering false information will only hurt you and future students

• Cheating in FISDAP should be considered the same as cheating on a test or falsifying a written EMS record

• Entering data in a timely manner helps you maintain accuracy

• Many programs have policies requiring you to enter your data within 24-72 hours after the shift is complete

When you have finished entering your data, always

review the summary and make any necessary changes before

clicking submit

Consent FormAlthough it is not required, please consider filling out the

Consent Form

Once you have graduated and your instructor has verified your data, it may be used in FISDAP research that improves EMS education programs nation-wide
