Our vegetable vacuum planters are the result of the experience GASPARDO has gained in precision plan ng. Structural func onality and component modularity make these machines suitable for all vegetables.

The new ORIETTA - OLIMPIA outstanding accuracy comes from the enlarged distributor body where a 8 ⅔ inches diameter seed disc is housed. The brand new disc requires a slower rota on speed than the previous one which grants greater accuracy in seed distribu on.

With the new ORIETTA - OLIMPIA planter, it is possible to manage different planting depths with high versatility and simplicity thanks to reversible furrow opening coulters. The seeding unit can be configured in several ways by using special conversion kits which fit specific needs.

TWO VERSIONS, MULTIPLE SPACINGThe single metering system planter, called ORIETTA, is characterized by a huge versa lity. The unit can be confi gured with various row spacings and accessories that ensure maximum fl exibility. There are mul ple accessories that can customize the unit: several seed plates and coulters make it possible to switch from single to double row with a few simple steps. Two versions are available: narrow (N) and wide (W), in order to adapt the plan ng unit to the diff erent fi eld and sowing condi ons. The two versions are conver ble.

The model with double metering system planter, called OLIMPIA, was developed to off er maximum accuracy for twin row seeding. Various accessories adapt the machine to every soil type and crop, the stainless steel or rubber seed-press wheels are par cularly interes ng because they improve the seed-soil contact and crop emergence.The distance between the two distributors can be adjusted from 1 ½ inches to 3 ½ inches. The two versions are not conver ble.

SUITABLE FOR EVERY SEEDING PROCESSThe machine is equipped with adjustable transmission wheels for sowing with the same precision on fl at or raised camber surfaces. The transmission with a 36 ra o gearbox is easy to access and set. The diff erent confi gura ons make it possible to deposit seeds at a distance that can be adjusted between ⅕ inch and 21 ½ inches. Thanks to the great variety of discs you can plant your seeds successfully at the right distance and with precision.

SUITABLE FOR EVERY SEED

The tapered holes up to Ø ⅕ inch allow perfect seed to disc contact and ensure perfect cleaning.

Thanks to the mul ple adjustments, you can set the planter to be er manage the seed in all condi ons.

The fl ow of seed from the hopper is adjustable by using the an -overfl ow plate (small or large seeds) (A). The seeds are mixed with the specifi c removable rota ng seed agitator that guarantees a constant fl ow (B).

Seed distributorThe distributor, made in cast aluminium and long las ng plas c materials, guarantees the best accuracy thanks to the special design of its components.Cleaning and maintenance is extremely easy thanks to the comfortable distributor opening with ergonomic knobs.

Thanks to the supplied suc on system, at the end of the day, or when needed, it is easy to recover all seeds (H) which may have remained inside the distributor hoppers.

Thanks to the vacuum planter suc on system you can recover unused seeds.The suc on system is equipped with a fl exible pipe that allows total hopper emptying in all condi ons.

The depression created by the vacuum system is adjustable by using the sliding gate (C).All seeds are distributed in the furrow one by one with high consistency. The gasket seal stops the vacuum and release seeds into the furrow. An addi onal air fl ow (D), which is also adjustable (E), eliminates possible impuri es from disc holes. This air fl ow is previously purifi ed from dust and debris by the standard fi lter (F). Two gauges (G) make it easy to control both suc on and air blast pressure.

The selec on of a single seed per hole is guaranteed by the double selec on system with micrometric adjustment. Seeds are selected both externally (A) and internally (B) guaranteeing uniform distribu on.

The volumetric distributor MINIMAX is easily adjustable and allows the distribu on of fer lizer with diff erent doses, maintaining high distribu on precision: 50-700 lb/ac.SPEEDY SET is the centralized adjustment of the distributors: fast, precise and comfortable.The volumetric distributors are based on the special ‘SOFT FEEDER’ silicone rubber rollers guaranteeing precision, without damaging the grain. The silicone assures wear and corrosion resistance.The removable grid fi lters any unwanted debris that might damage the distributors.The fl ow defl ector avoids fer lizer compac on and guarantees an even descent.The fer lizer agitator guarantees an even distribu on and conveys the product towards the outlets.The tank is easy to empty for cleaning thanks to specifi cs outlets.
