During our in-field meeting with the landowner, he felt his channel aimed at his house will work, so we decided

to abandon our first plan (double-boil-up pool) & go with a pure road

protection scheme. We will not touch the landowner’s work, in fact we photo-documented the site pre-

& post project construction

This resulted in a 2 to 3 ft wider road

shoulder.
