1. Login

1. Click the User Login button to be taken to the User Login Screen.

1. Click the username box and select your account from the dropdown list and then click off the username box.

2. Enter your case sensitive password into the password box and then click off the password box.

3. Click the login button.

2. Dashboard

1. Click one of these options will take you to that particular system module. Whereas, clicking the contact button will allow you to send a message to the OSINT Toolkit Admin Team.

After you have logged in, you will see a dashboard similar to the one below. Please note, depending on your profile, your dashboard might contain a different quantity of options than outlined below.

Overview of a Module within the system

1. Clicking the OSINT Toolkit logo will take you back to the User Dashboard screen. 2. Clicking the menu will open the Module Menu. 3. Clicking this link will open the systems internal search tool. 4. Clicking one of these options will take you to that section of the module. 5. Clicking this circle will automatically take you back to the top of the page.

Types of Search Tools

1. This option is a search form. To use it, you will need to enter information into the box(es) and press the search button. Upon pressing the search button, it will perform an automatic search for the information specified.

2. This option is a hyperlink. It will take you to another website (third party content provider). Upon the website loading, you will either be presented with information or be allowed to manually search the website for information.

Each module presents users with two main types of search tools, as outlined below.

Module Menu

1. Clicking this option will take you to the User Dashboard. 2. Clicking this option will close the Module Menu. 3. Clicking this option will open the systems internal search tool. 4. Clicking one of these options will take you to that module. 5. Clicking this option will allow you to send a message to the OSINT Toolkit Admin Team.

Upon clicking on the Module Menu, you will see a screen similar to the one below.

4. System Search

Overview of the internal system search function

Internal System Search

1. To use the internal system search you will need to enter a search term or search terms into the box and press the search button. The system will then try to find a search tool or search tools matching your search term(s) and present any results in a new screen.

Upon loading the internal system search, you will be presented with an overview of how to search the OSINT Toolkit. Upon scrolling down the page, you will see a search form similar to the one below.

Internal System Search

1. Clicking on the blue hyperlink will load the specified tool in a new window. 1. Note, the score next to each result indicates how relevant the result(s) was / were to

the search term(s) specified. As more than one tool could have the same score, it is recommended that users carefully read the descriptions provided with each result, before clicking on a hyperlink, to ensure it meets their needs.

After you have entered your search term(s) into the internal system search and pressed the search button, you will be taken to a results page similar to the one below.
