EQAO: In Grade 10, students take the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (3/31/2016), which measures whether or not they are meeting the minimum standard for literacy across all subjects up to the end of Grade 9. Key Info: • Consists of 2 booklets (75 minutes alloted time for each) • Mix of reading & writing tasks (multiple choice & open response) • Successful completion of the literacy test is one of the requirements students must meet to earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma Prep.
