It is COMPULSORY to note the hereafter ancillary fees for valuables on the first page of the MAWB, under ancillary fees (Code VA), for each CDG/ORY Import - Export or Transfer. They are to be noted in the space "Total other fees due to carrier", prepaid or collect, according to each shipment.
