HOW TO DOWnlOAD CReDITS FROM YOUR SMARTCARD TO THe MACHIneInsert your Rewards Programme or Day Visitor card into the Slot

Machines Card Reader with the Smart chip facing up and towards

Once inserted, the card will be validated by the system.

For Rewards Programme cards, there will be a personalized

welcome greeting.

FOR DAY vISITOR CARDS Once inserted, the total value on the card will be downloaded onto

the slot machine. (Smartcard to Machine)

FOR ReWARDS PROgRAMMe CARDSUpon card insertion, there will be a welcome greeting and the

“pre-set value” on the card will automatically download onto the

slot machine. (Smartcard to Machine)

The amounts to be automatically downloaded can be personalized

at any time at the Customer Service Desk.

QUICk TRAnSFeRS TO AnD FROM MACHIneTo transfer money to the machine from the card, press any button

on the keypad to bring up the menu. Press 3 on the keypad and

choose the value you wish to download and press OK.

To transfer money from the machine to the card, press any button

on the keypad to bring up the menu. Press 4 and OK to transfer

money from the machine to the card. (Machine to Smartcard)
