Take advantage of Halbmond’s head start.

We do everything in the manufacturing process ourselves, from

producing the upper material and the print to bonding with a

washable rubber coating. This guarantees maximum flexibility

and prompt responses. Depending on the order volume, we can

change from the 2-m system to a 4-m printing system. This means

that we can work far more quickly and more efficiently than other

manufacturers, even on larger orders and with maximum capacity

utilisation.

The focus is the production of high quality, washable mats. With

individual design options, together with all Halbmond’s techni-

cal and logistical facilities. This is made possible, with the new

Halbmond production hall in Oelsnitz and an additional Chromo-

jet printing system that can produce in widths of up to 2 m, with

endless design possibility, using a spectrum from a bank of 24

colours.
