    The new City Gospel Mission facility will provide expandedspace currently unavailable at their landlocked Elm St. location

    76 emergency beds for men (double the current total per H2H plan)

    36 transitional beds to support CGMs Exodus recovery program (doublethe current total per H2H plan)

    Full-Day Services Provide programming and counseling that engagesresidents and eliminates forced exit of the facility during daytime hours

    Including an increased ratio of case workers to residents, providingmore one-to-one interaction

    Share facilities with partnering organizations that provide

    complementary programming and services for the homeless (LordsGym & Jobs Plus)

    Improved Sleeping Arrangements Plan calls for 10 or fewer beds in eachroom, which will provide more privacy and reduce health concernsassociated with congested sleeping quarters. Exodus residents in separatesleeping area than homeless-shelter guests

    Basic needs for food, shelter, and safety will be immediately met in a state-of-

    the art facility focused on reducing trauma and optimizing womens health Increased capacity of emergency shelter beds from 42 to 60

    Non-dormitory sleeping quarters (1-4 per private room)

    has submitted for a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the existingstructure.
