Otto the Bears Trip to the Baseball Game!

Otto decided to go to a baseball game one day. He loved the sport of baseball. The Pythons and the Mudcats were playing, but the Mudcats only had 9 players, just enough to play.

It was a pretty good game with the Pythons leading 7 to 6. Meanwhile, Otto was getting hungry, so he went to get a bite to eat.

He bought pizza, fries, and a hot dog. He loved the flavor of the pizza he could have ate two more slices. When he went back to his seat the game was about over, and it was still the Pythons leading.

Then a player from the from the Pythons hit a deep ball to center field. The center fielder ran after it and made the catch, but he was hurt on the play.

Everybody looked in shock. The player couldnt continue with the game, and the Mudcats were up to bat in the Bottom of the 9th. There are only 8 players now they needed another player.

Otto offered to play. The Mudcats had no choice but to take Otto or they had to forfeit. Now Otto was apart of the Mudcats.

Its the bottom of the 9th, and the Mudcats were still losing by one. Otto was the second one up to hit. The first player from the Mudcats hit and he hit a single.

Now it was Ottos turn to bat. Strike one, Strike two, foul ball. Bam, on the fourth pitch hit a home run. He won the game for the Mudcats, Otto was a hero!
