GETTING TO OULUArriving by flightThere are good flight connections from all overthe world via Helsinki and several direct flights a day from Helsinki to Oulu. They are operated by Finnair (www.finnair.com) or Norwegian (www.norwegian.com/en/) airlines. Flight time is less than an hour. The Oulu airport is the second busiest in Finland.
