Why is it important for us to develop adaptive and responsive

content?

• Future at NCC where self service and digital access will be the norm

• Encouraging managers to move from paper processes to optimising the LMS

• Agile Workforce - need to be able to pull content and access learning at right time, place and pace

• Recognising the need for shift to deliver different types of content to different mobile and smart devices

• Employee engagement - need to develop content that provides high quality user experience across all platforms
