During this period of lock down, when most of the organizations are opting for digital solutions to connect with their respective stakeholders; schools, colleges, institutes and universities have also started conducting online classes, taking online assignments, and conducting online semester examinations. The University was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2000. Its jurisdiction spans the entire state of U.P. , affiliating with B.Tech., M.B.A., M.C.A., B.Arch., B. Pharma., B.H.M.C.T., M.Tech., and Ph.D. programs in 756 colleges/institutions imparting gradu-ate, postgraduate and doctoral level training across all government and private institutions located all over U.P. in areas such as engineering, technology, architecture, pharmacy, hotel management and catering technology as well as M.B.A. and M.C.A. programs.

The University envisions facilitating and nurturing the quality of technical education and research in its own premises, as well as all affiliated institutions. It also conducts State-level Entrance Examination, U.P.S.E.E., for admission into various programs in institutions. At present around 4 lac students are enrolled in its various programs.

PROCESS Wheebox created the company page using the University’s logo and URL Wheebox helped conduct online remote proctored examination for approx. 2.3 lakh students Wheebox assigned a separate dedicated team in the University’s campus for uploading content, creating test, quality check for the exam, and registering candidates Wheebox shared the details to candidate via email and SMS provided by the University and also to the University to display the same on ERP. Wheebox customized a registration form for the candidates to check their details of subject name and code Wheebox provided a team for real-time tech support to candidates via IVR.

Wheebox successfully helped the Univer-sity conduct exams for approximately 2.3 lac students doing various courses from all years. We planned and organized the Pre-exam and Post-exam activities for the client and managed the students’ logging in and the mapping of their subjects.
