Manufacturing : Woodpeckerleeds has its own manufacturing facility in Tirupur - India. With a fleet of highly sophisticated machineries and hardworking , skilled and motivated work force, we assure you of reliable quality products. And also has sub-contracting facilities with several suppliers.
Capacity : We have a production capacity of over 75,000 pcs a month in self and affiliated factories producing quality apparel of both basic design and high end fashion for complete range of Men's & Women's, Boy's and Girls.
Quality Assurance : We ensure that, the highest quality standards as per the customer’s requirements. Our dedicated quality assurance department conducts the 4-point fabric quality standard, zero defects in line, 2.5 A.Q.L for field audits and 4.0 for audits prior to shipment.
Worker Efficiency : Our workforce comprises of the best skilled workers with us and from our suppliers. These workers are the best for their work & quality consciousness, good efficiency & skill.
Small Quantity : Working with the overseas market, we have made ourselves flexible enough to produce small quantity orders.
