A Case for the Retired Priest Residence

• The Pope John XXIII Priest Residence opened in 1980 with the blessing of Most Reverend John L. Morkovsky

• The diocese wanted to provide a place that priests could call home and retire after their many years of faithful service

• A new residence is needed due to the age of the current building and an increase in priests of retirement age

• Two suites are presently used as Administrative offices

• Assisted Living rooms: 13 rooms in Maloney Hall Nursing Home

• All suites will be equipped for assisted living. Residents will not be required to move to a different facility as their needs change

• Suites will be approximately 750 sq. ft.
